Our Cubby House Make- Over

Updated: Feb 19, 2019

This a much loved space that allows a small group of children to experience dramatic play, quiet time, alone time or the chance to hide away in there own imagination. The cubby was built for us by a local mens group, to support the community we sourced this resource out locally. The children will be apart of decorating (painting) the cubby to give them a sense of ownership and belonging with in the room, program and within their play and learning. This experience uses The Montessori Curriculum in Practical Life, where children are able to develop independence and self confidence through using real life challenges and enquiry through play-based learning.
