At Knight Street Multi-Age Learning, our people are at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud to have a caring, passionate and dedicated team of educators who bring their own unique personalities, strengths and experiences to KSMAL. Together, we create a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels safe, valued and supported to learn, play and grow.

Being a small, family-owned centre means building genuine relationships is incredibly important to us. Our educators take the time to truly get to know each child and their family, helping create that special sense of belonging and community that makes KSMAL feel like home.

One of the things we are particularly proud of is the consistency of our team. We only use our own KSMAL educators and do not rely on agency or external casual staff to fill shifts. This means the educators caring for your child are familiar faces who know our children, families, routines, expectations and the way we do things at KSMAL.

We believe this consistency helps children feel safe and secure while allowing strong, trusting relationships to develop between children, educators and families.
