Today we adventured over to Deakin oval for our Mother’s Day celebrations, the children all listened really well on our walk over and were very interested in a big truck that drove past us. Once we got to the oval the children sat for some morning tea where they enjoyed some yummy slices and cakes, along with fruit of course. After morning tea we had a run around the oval, did some nail polish painting and had lots of fun with our big rainbow parachute.
The children have displayed some great listening skills, they have also shown me they can follow instructions well and they are aware of the importance of road and pedestrian safety. The children are all happy to participate in experiences and activities set out and very much enjoy gross motor play.
